Their website is very easy to use and extremely useful for all european rail tickets. The fact that it gives cashback is a nice bonus, and they pay up promptly.

cashback was ok but the service from the merchant not, booking overnight train on the first available day to Venice for a family and did not have a choice of seats. will use the tgv website next time instead

I would avoid RailEurope at all costs. We ordered a Rail N Drive package for France. We were charged $26 per person by RailEurope for a train reservation that would have cost just 1.5€ (about $2.00) We felt like fools when we asked the people seated across from us how much they paid for their reservation. In addition, we were required to pay a surcharge of $61 for picking up our car at the train station. The surcharge was more than the cost of the car. What a RIP-OFF. It would have been much less expensive to purchase everything once we arrived.

Cashback tracks quickly, prices are sometimes cheaper than going direct to rail company (esp Eurostar). Have used the site frequently and never had a problem. Tickets always arrive quickly in the post.
