Tracked quickly but 8 months and still waiting for payment got confirmed a few months back payable was 31st july. Another site i use i would not wait as long so wont use tcb for this merchant again to slow to clear

tracked no problem but has came up as zero which as far as I can tell means they aren't going to pay the cashback for reasons unknown? I cant even find out why they are not going to pay. Had great time in the hotel though and it was nice inside pity that they can't pay me the cashback.
