From other comments there seems to be doubt if RBS pay out at all.I am still waiting for cash back after three months,and now when I submit a claim the response is ,sorry over 100 days....but I am just doing as you requested.

Terrible, the amount has been in "pending" since last summer, don't be tempted by the big cash back offer... they don't follow through!!

Policy start date was in July, had to be manually tracked and now showing as £0 so don't hold out much hope of getting it...bit of a bummer
