Recycled 2 phones with them and like others my cashback was declined. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you wish to have cashback

Sent my phone, they sent me a cheque that I've banked and yet the cashback has been declined. Why are companies like this allowed on TCB? They just drag you in with the promise of cashback, then renege on their promise. Don't recycle your phone with this lot and expect your cashback.

These are scam merchants they do not send the phone or acknowldege emails or phones. so given that they have taken our phones and not paid us. I suggest top cash back remove this supplier from there site
