Items bought online can only be returned by post and you will need to select one of the drop-off points provided by the carrier who delivered it. To send items back via Parcelforce/Royal Mail or Hermes, fill out the return form enclosed in your parcel, stating your reason for doing so, and include it with your goods.

Attach the return label to the parcel - making sure you cover the original - and take note of the tracking number, then drop it off at your local Post Office or Hermes drop-off point. Items can also be taken to a Collect+ store. If you return the whole order, they will refund your entire shipping costs, as long as you use the same carrier which delivered your items.

Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Clothing must have the original tags intact, accessories must be sent back with all parts and footwear will need to be in the original box. Customised and personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. If you want an exchange, you should return the original item and place a new order for a replacement.
