Two orders not tracked correctly. One tracked at a value of 8p whereas the transaction was over 1k and the other order was tracked at 0. Not impressed! However, my other many orders tracked ok hence the rating.

I have made 3 desperate purchases and not received cash back. When queried Reid's told topcashback another referring channel was credited. This is not true and for reasons of 'confidentiality' Reiss can't give
details to topcashback. Don't bother they will wriggle out of giving cash back. Have used so many other retailers with no problem but Reid's surprisingly are the worst for cash back.

It was a worry and gamble to purchase online from REISS as the review section was blank. Well, that’s history now. Ordered a 3-piece suit at noon, the generous (on top of the good sale price) TCB is recorded by 6pm. By late evening, the order is despatched! More then glad to shop with REISS. The last thing is to find that the suit is a good fit but the service so far is highly recommended. Very surprised no one bothered to leave a comment! It’s 5-stars all the way till the items arrived and hope there is no requirement for their customer service.
