	No Progress 7 months on and status is still showing as Pending, not been updated since making purchase. Having read reviews I doubt I will receive cashback for this transaction. Will use more reputable company in future.

	No payment - 7 months & counting It has been nearly seven months, and I have yet to receive my cashback payment. The cashback amount remains in a pending status and has not transitioned to payable.

	6 months, still haven't paid out Booked through Top Cashback about 8 months ago for a trip in Feb '24. 6 months later, they have still not paid out.

	No cashback given, don't bother!! Booked a rental in November 23 for December 23 and we are now in July 24 and amount is still pending.... Not sure why topcashback bothers about having them as partner if they constantly fail to pay out as per previous reviews....

	Still Pending!!! Booked car hire in October 23, holiday was April 24, still waiting pending! Top Cashback offered me 50% of the outstanding, which is kind, but it should that this is followed up with the company and paid in full! Or don't allow them to use the TopCashback site.

	Cashback decluined I did book via Topcashback and through to Rentalcasrs.com and even bought their insurance but they declined the cashback so don't count on it.

	Be Wary - higher prices for TCB members outstrips cashback payout Was planning to book a hire car with rental cars via TopCashback as they were offering an attractive 12% cashback, however the TCB rates presented were over 30% HIGHER than those quoted direct.

	Nearly 12 months on - still pending! Expecting a decent cashback of over £100 but the transaction is still showing as pending. There appears to be no way of getting Topcashback to chase this - very frustrating.

	Reliable at paying Good rates of cashback from booking.com and good car hire prices. I have never had a problem using them , although it does seem to be taking longer for claims to be authorised. They always do award it though. I would recommend them.

	Scam company Beware! This isn't actually Booking.com it's a third party company. They took payment for my booking Cashback was issued then refused to acknowledge the reservation or provide a refund! Avoid at all costs!!!!!

	Tracks quickly in my experience. Payment may take a while, but this seems to be the case for most retailers nowadays.
