Very poor. I took out a policy on 10 April costing over £200. promised £60 cashback. Was paid only one penny! The policy was paid in full, is in force, and has not been cancelled. I was "done" either by RIAS or TopCashBack. Caveat emptor

Always annoys me when you spend 10 minutes answering all the questions and it says 'unable to quote online, please phone' when mine is a very straightforward renewal. Lost any chance of my buisness if they can't sort out their online system.

I have used this service for the first time and was subject to £60 cashback which is showing as £55 instead. Very slow process to get cashback over 3 months it can take and customer service to enquire regarding cashback painfully slow. Not impressed. Still waiting on getting my cashback.
