	please do not waste your time, they never pay. Over two years I have spent a lot of money and thye do not pay. I can show you the invoices. They are a waste of time.

	Doesn't seem like Riu have improved, cashback declined with no reason given by Riu (other than TCB's suggested possible reasons). Very disappointing as claimed £78!

	Faster Paying -what a joke.Booked in August-Payment has been tracking since but no payout. Very poor. They should be removed if they dont pay-TCB can't keep saying it's not their fault.

	Hey, Faster paying merchants define merchants that are quick at paying for confirmed transactions. Hotel merchants tend to not confirm transactions until the stay has been completed and so this may explain why your transaction took a little longer than you expected. 	Booked in mid-November & now end of January & still no cashback. Should not be promoted on Topcashback if they don't pay!! Disappointing.

	I stayed in April 2012 and apparently cannot expect my cash back to appear until a year after my stay, frankly that's very poor service. Why do topcashback let them get away with it?

	Love Riu hotels. The cashback just doesn't happen though. Very disappointing. I expect MUCH better from RIU

	Has anyone ever recieved full cashback from Riu without opening an enquiry with Topcashback first? No-one posting here has. I booked another holiday with Riu in May 2010. Took the holiday at beginning Nov 2010 (over a year ago now) - opened an enquiry with topcashback but still waiting for cashback. Would have booked with Thomson, but their website keeps putting the 3 of us adults travelling in one room. Riu offers a good rate of cashback... but they don't seem very keen on paying it!

	I have spent many holidays at Riu Hotels and the service is always excellent. I booked this holiday in March 2010 and we stayed at the Riu Buena Vista hotel from 27 April. Another splendid Riu experience. The cashback hasn't updated from 1p yet but I hope it will soon. Then I will book my next Riu holiday. Sue

	Booked a holiday 6 October 2009 costing £2381.24 , - didn't track initially. After opening an enquiry with Topcashback tracked for 0.01 while on the holiday Jan 2010. Despite futher contact with Topcashback still waiting for the amount to be uplifted. The holiday was great, but if (as it would seem from the comments) Riu aren't paying out the promised cashback to anyone they should be removed from topcashback. Bottom line - book because they have some great hotels but don't expect cashback.

	I can confirm the previous posting..it tracks at £0.01p and that's it! Payable ends up at £0.01p Shame that topcashback don't correct this one

	Beware of using this cashback offer. The transaction correctly tracks at 0.01, but does not update to the correct figure afterwards as stated - expect to get just 0.01 cashback per transaction
