I had a claim for 0ver £200 declined!
TopCashback were completely useless, I've had a number of high value claims declined or not tracked from various retailers, and very rarely is it rectified. I've had a couple of 'goodwill gesture' payments from TopCashback to try and keep me sweet, but I am getting increasingly frustrated as its rare a transaction tracks if its of high value.
My RS one was over £200 cashback, which of course, failed. I put a ticket in, and was asked to send all relevant info, which I did, but that wasn't good enough apparently.
I said to TopCashback (TCB) that I had receipts with correct timestamps etc to prove the purchase, and, having been caught out before, that I also took a screengrab from TCB to say my transaction had tracked, and all I needed to do was complete the purchase.
I said I could send it to TCB for 100% proof, but they refused to give me an address to send it, and hid behind a very poor excuse.
Small amounts usually track, or TCB will chase up and get, but anything sizeable, they do not want to do the work. They should remove the companies who constantly fail to payout, and change their method of dealing with customers. I'm fed up with having to constantly jump through hoops when I use the platform - I could have, and wish I did, use a discount code for RS, but I gave TCB the benefit of the doubt as it would have given me a better return. I'm very wary of using TCB now, I have claims going back 9 months and more.
There should be a rating page for TCB itself (assuming there isn't already) I doubt it would have a very high rating.
