It appears that every time I make an online purchase from Ryman (recent purchase being almost £100) they have repeatedly declined the cashback. If anyone hopes to earn cash back with Ryman, don't bother!

Cashback was denied, so I had to put in a ticket and this was then resolved a few weeks later. Not good when cashback is denied for no reason!

Don't want cash back but to say how helpful both Steve and Nina were at the Regent store in London. I was surprised people like this still existed who are friendly and so helpful. It really was so pleasant for me to mee these people.
