If you don't want to get ripped off big time, don't go there! They are definitely the most expensive storage rental company in the marketplace. I've been hiring with them Safestore north west England for years but they just kept adding extra costs to the point where the fees are now criminal! Over £125 for a 25 square foot cubicle which doesn't even look that large whereas other companies charge £70 to £100. Are they having a laugh? Most likely at our own expense! Who else is being ripped off?

Avoid Safestore, especially Ilford branch, having been a customer for round 10 years, being harassed, intimidated and accused of stealing another customers parcel, which I was handed to mea ccidently, do no go well, especially when I found the parcel and handed it to the person it belonged to. The fact the manager let 10 shipping boxes of PlayStation go to another customer and never said a world for this mistake or when he let someone open my parcel anddamage packaging and blame me for this aswell.

Avoid at all costs. Declined £52.50 cashback despite taking out a 12-month contract using the quote that they provided via the TCB site. Raised a support ticket and advised by TCB that the merchant claims that I didn't move into the space. Ironic, given that it's my padlock that's hanging on the unit door and that I provided the invoice for TCB to use when contacting Safestore.
