I received cashback 3 or 4 times at the beginning, but since then absolutely nothing. I log-in, go through the exact same steps, but get nothing at the end of it. Now I don't even expect the cashback to be registered as this non-payment has happened so many times.

The quality of the food they picked for my order was appalling - some of it even went rotten the next day. Also I only received about half of the items I ordered - they really need to get there computer software sorted out so that if some thing is out of stock in the shop, then it should also show as out of stock on-line.
