	No cashback! Clicked through, received the pop- up stating my visit had been tracked. Took advantage of a £45 cashback for taking out an S25 Ultra contract on Three which was advertised on the front page. Despite this and having logged a claim, I'm told that I'm not getting the cashback as I've potentially clicked through via another merchant.

	£199 declined for no reason Placed an order with enhanced 17% cashback as part of Jan deal. Buy 2 appliances get 15% off plus the 17% cashback. Great deal. I bought and now own a washer and dryer. Come to check my account and it’s been ‘declined’. I have asked a support ticket to be raised. I’ve never had this issue with a retailer before and given the reviews im sceptical of a resolution. But given the large amount I 100% did the cashback properly. I will be taking this further if they don’t fix up.

	Scam Ordered through here as high cashback but never received! Put I a claim and they Windled they way out.. only reason I purchased through them is there persuasive high cash back... I wish I just went to currys.. atleast they pay out

	Declined I bought a brand new device for about £1200 from Samsung through top cash back and Samsung declined the £60 it was suppose to reward me! Tried to get answers from Top Cash Back did not get anywhere! Poor

	Declined by retailer after returns period elapse! DECLINED for no obvious reason! No voucher codes used but cashback declined on mobile phone purchase (2 times on different occasions). Worst of all is that they decline the cashback AFTER the returns period has elapsed so you cant return the mobile for a refund.

	Excellent cashback experience As I have the Top Cashback app installed on Google Chrome, I never have to think about going through the site - as long as I'm on a retailer who is part of TCB, I automatically get the cashback. So with Samsung, it was easy as pie!

	Waste of time Have made 2 orders about 1 week apart one tracked, but curiously, the one from when they were offering 20% cashback didn't track. Nothing changed at my end, followed the same process I normally would for any other retailer, so I've been duped out of c. £100 cashback. Customer Service haven't helped at all.

	Does not want to credit purchases to TopCashback Placed a sizeable order with Samsung via TopCashback - cashback didn't track (even though the entry appeared on the claim list). Disgraceful behaviour from Samsung, and has caused me to miss out on over £140.

	Declined £79.99 cashback Tracked and then declined cashback on large cashback. Made a separate purchase for something of smaller value. The £1 odd cash back paid no questions asked for that. AVOID
