	Disappointing My claim was rejected as Samsung claimed I didn't go through Topcashback. This is despite the visit being recorded and purchase made straight away.

	It's a scam! They won't pay out. All the positive reviews are bots. AVOID! Made me wait months then declined £100 worth of cashback for no reason. No way to complain or dispute. No codes used no real reason to not award. Be warned.

	Incorrect cashback December I bought a Samsung Galaxy watch if I remember correctly December the cash back for Samsung wearables was 10% I have been offered 3% so I'm not too pleased

	Beware of no payment!!! Brought a new Galaxy S23+ cashback tracked and my visit was recorded... But Samsung declined the payment... Beware!!! Not happy more and more stuff is being declined.

	Reliable and quick Samsung offer some great deals and with the added cashback it makes all purchases extremely competitive against any other retailer. They are quick to approve the cashback and always find them a pleasure to deal with.

	Cashback declined on full price fridge! Paid full price £1,400 for a new Amercian style fridge, cash back declined, no explanation. Should have got it from a retailer.

	Awful cashback experience Cashback tracked automatically but later declined by Samsung. Raised a missing cashback and was rejected. Over £110 due and based on other reviews I believe its due to the value but topcashback won't take it further.

	£2000 TV and declined cashback Avoid, declined on a purchase, appealed and no response. Purchased in Feb and now August with no payout. If your relying on a cashback as part of your purchase then avoid.

	Good payout which arrived safely I went through their desktop site to buy a phone and was attracted to their site because of the cashback, otherwise I would have ordered elsewhere. The cashback has arrived in my account. so all good.

	Very quickly and very easy way I get my cashback with it in 4 to 6 weeks Going through topcashback login in to cashback account then click Samsung cashback link and buy my phone s23 ultra and few days after I checked in my topcashback account showing pending and 4week after I get my cashback I am so happy ??

	Declined! Was tracking ok and then declined, long and lengthy message from TCB about it all, bit of a cop out really and over £60 down when I did everything correctly through this site and Samsung get away with declining even when you've followed the rule, be aware of this fact so you are not too disappointed if it happens to you.
