May 2023 Purchase, September 2023 trip still waiting
After deciding to book and using Top Cashback rather than a code (slight difference in value leaning more towards TC than code) in May 2023 we are still awaiting a payout. I spoke to support who told me that I only took my trip in September and they are slow to pay (not what it said when I booked as it said it was fast paying). Anyway still waiting. I don't know who is looking after Sandals as an account but they need to be told this is not acceptable.

An absolute disgrace, still awaiting from May 2023. It’s been nearly 12 months and still waiting. I only give 1 star as that’s the lowest option

Booked holiday before Covid, postponed several times, finally went May 2023 and still waiting for cashback to be approved. All I’m told is they are behind, absolutely appalling service

If i could give it 0 stars I would. Booked holiday with 5% cashback waited 18 months still no paymrnt. Raised a ticket and tnen it turned into not payable. Missed out on £350 very annoyed wont use it again

A good amount of cashback, but took forever to come through. Holiday was booked in Feb 2018 (and deposit paid), holiday taken at the end of May 19, cash back paid in Sep 19. But a good rate of cash back.

Good cashback rates however so slow... almost 1 year after completing our holiday with them still waiting for our cashback to be confirmed let alone payable!!!!

I've had a pending transaction with Sandals since June 2017! Topcashback have blamed Sandals so I would strongly urge you to avoid using Sandals.

Had to chase this one, even contacted Sandals to find out why it was declined. Got the money eventually 6 months after booking the holiday. Thanks TopCashback for pursuing the claim.

Sandals are a poor merchant. I spent £4700 and am now told they declined my cash back. It needs investigating as it misleads people to book their holidays. Not a good experience. Topcashback should do more about it
