Declined cashback
Declined cashback stating journey not on scotrail in Scotland, even when journey was from Aberdeen to Edinburgh on a Scotrail HST. Same negative reviews as others have experienced. I will be using another operator to buy tickets from in future and only use LNER service trains.

Not a single trip has tracked
Of more than 6 trips, taken wholly on Scotrail and booked via TCB not a single one has tracked. But let’s face it Scotrail aren’t known for honesty and integrity

Lucky if it registers
I use scotrail all the time for my travel - it is generally up to luck as to whether the cashback goes through or not. Unless i've missed something it will only work on standard tickets not season ticket purchases

Cashback approved, then declined
Booked Scotrail tickets on TCB via the Scotrail website. All journeys were with Scotrail and all within Scotland.
All Scotrail cashback going back to January has been declined today, after being approved previously.

False advertising
Claim was declined even though the trip - Glasgow to Edinburgh - matched all the terms they set out. Suspect they are getting some extra traffic by using this site but it's on false pretences - maybe try the trainline instead

Book elsewhere!
Used Scotrail for cashback on a train journey and after much heel dragging they declined the claim, stating that they only paid cashback on Scotrail operated journeys.
At the time of booking this wasn't a term on the TCB and after me complaining TCB stepped in and honoured the cashback as they agreed Scotrail had been misleading.

I booked a trip using Scotrail on 18 Apr 2022.
They have now come back with a response that only Scottish trips get a cashback. However, when I booked it, that was not the case. I never thought I'd have to take a screenshot of their terms at the time.
To think that they took this long shows how badly they treat their customers.
Very disappointed with them. TCB did their best to get the cashback.

Declined cashback saying it is only valid on Scottish journeys. It did not state this and ScotRail are perfectly happy to sell and earn commission on all UK train tickets.

Declined cashback. Made a booking. No additional vouchers used. Seems to track ok, however, it was very quickly declined. From reading other reviews, looks like its only Scotrail services. Shame. I will be using another operator to buy my tickets from

Cashback seems not to be applied on all bookings - only on those operated by ScotRail itself. Journeys I've booked wholly within Scotland get cashback showing within a day, but no cashback appears for bookings on services elsewhere in Britain. This needs to be made clear of it is the case.
