I wouldn’t invest with this company again, I done 2 15 years policies with them and it took me two months to get my money back from the first one, now I’m getting the same with the second, I’m disgusted with them

Have taken savings with this firm. Just noticed 52 WEEK WAIT FOR CASHBACK. This is rediculouslong time to wait .put you off gping with them

I wanted to pay into an ISA - it was areal bonus to receive a good amount of cashback. There is along wait for it, but its more welcome than ever in these challenging times. Thank you Scottish Friendly and Top Cashback

took out 2 x junior isas the promise was a £50 on them after a certain time, thye paid on one not the other. i challenged this and staff told me it would be paid soon. months later i enquired again. I was told it wasn't getting paid. i challenged this and asked why i was told different stories . they wouldnt give me a transcript of the calls they reviewed or a copy of the phonecalls . i had another policy and they have failed to pay the money on this one.To cancel is a £50 charge shocking customer service
