Still waiting on cash back. Been paying in since end of october. Apparently i still have 26 more weeks to wait which is disgusting! I've in the meantime opened an adult isa and they have paid out already!

Online application went through but never received Email confirmation. The letter arrived after one and half weeks. Transaction was not rcorded at Topcashback since the server was too slow to respond. Two out three customer service representative were good. I am not too sure about this though.

Applied for this product in April. Received no tracking acknowledgement, although my visit was recorded, and still waiting for a positive response. Both Topcashback and Scottish Friendly have not been particularity helpful with my request for help in resolving this matter. So beware. I havwe invested now for 4 months but unlikely to continue.
