	Scottish Friendly is a hit or a miss whether they pay or not! I received this from Toocashback regarding my claim for £300, also phoned Scottish Friendly and got no joy from them either. “ We have recently been provided with a resolution to your claim, and I'm sorry to say that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your claim on this occasion. The reason that has been supplied for this in helping to clarify states that your 'Transaction cannot be traced'. This does suggest that the merchant has been unable to locate your queried transaction based upon the information that you have provided as your main order number for this claim, and as such, has had to decline your claim and cashback.” After complaining to TopCashback I also forwarded them several of my screenshots at the time of purchasing my ISA as tracking evidence, as I was aware of previous complaints that some people didn’t get paid so I took screenshots at the time to prove this I even went back into Topcashback straight after purchase to see if my transaction followed through, the screenshot states the TopCashback site visit to Scottish Friendly was recorded at 21.46 hours on 14 May 2024 TopCashback have to take responsibility for this and stop putting the blame on the Merchant, it’s not good enough TopCashback, sort it out as you’re losing custom. £300 is a lot of money and I feel scammed

	Received my £350 cashback after seven months. After seeing some of the reviews I wasn’t holding much hope but it turned payable today so I’m chuffed. ISA is doing well and this is a little sweetener on top.

	Avoid After 7 months of direct debits being paid the merchant declined the cashback. Avoid this if you are looking for a good cashback offer only!

	0 Stars - avoid Followed T&Cs and was told was not eligible for the cashback (£200). Not impressed.

	Cashback declined and wrongly tracked. Hello, my cashback for Scottish Friendly tracked as the moneybuilder select ISA when I clearly signed up by using the select ethical ISA link on TCB; this therefore caused my cashback to decline. Disappointed, as I was looking forward to investing with them and having the cashback be rewarded.

	Not Honouring Tried and followed the T&Cs but they said i broke the terms so no cashback.

	Scottish friendly £300 bonus So they have paid out and only £50 not the £300 as stated on the website. Very disappointed with this and will be closing the account. Reading the reviews I can see other customers have had the same problem.

	This merchant does NOT honour the claims! AVOID Cash back tracked with a lower amount than was offered. My Claim was submitted but many months later, incredibly, not only was it rejected but the pending payment was also removed & rejected too the leaving 0.00 received instead of £499 ! Reprehensible, disreputable company, AVOID

	Cash back tracked with a lower amount than was offered. Claim submitted. Scottish friendly then rejected the claim and no cash back received. Disappointing.
