Cashback tracked at the beginning of April, £42 for switching, but has now reset to £0.00 payable. I Will update if this changes. Got to say I am a bit disappointed in Scottish Power for this. While I did not choose this service for the cashback, as they were very competitive on price anyway, if someone offers a deal they should honor it.

Tracked instantly when i became a new customer. However this has now dropped to a £0 payment when all rules have been followed. I will await a resolution via Topcashback however if this does not work i will be changing Energy suppliers. Dissapointing.

BE AWARE. Was offered and was showing £42 cash back. On completion of switch over the payment changed to £0.00. Contacted scottish power who informed me that they do not offer cash back and should refer to the broker! Currently following up through cash back internal problem resolution. If factoring in cash back when considering a change of energy suppliers please be aware of a similar problem.

took out two dual fuels for two different properties (my own and mothers house)...one failed to track...but that was eventually sorted. Now cashback has become payable as ZERO for both properties despite the switchover on both having been successful last month! have raised a claim with TCB but not hopeful at the outcome ... lost around £100 !

Is this the Fastest PAYOUTS merchant ever? Became payable on same Day as account opened - from Start to Finish in less than a Month for the Whole switch and £60.60 Cashback - Had to wait 15 Mths from those NPower Goons and after having to Claim!

Tracked promptly and cashback became payable 2 months later, right after the first direct debit. The switch was smooth too. I switched to Scottish Power once in the past and was very happy with both their cashback offer and service. Highly recommended!

All good. Tracked immediately and paid same time as switchover took effect. Customer service from the provider has so far been excellent. Have a fixed price till next year which will hopefully save me a bit of money too.

After switching to Scottish power (dual fuel) my transaction didn't track, however now the actual switchover has taken place the cashback has been credited as payable almost immediately. Very impressed.

brilliant, no contract via scottish power so could could in theory change my utilities at any time, plus i got £50 cheque (through money saving expert link site) and £42 cashback vuia topcashback today = whopping £92 without contract! wow!!

did not track. very poor. company provided no email feedback on transaction. looking back over old experiences in this section, it appears i should expect the company to deny any knowledge of the transaction and worm their way out of the promised cashback. not a good first impression really.

Confirmed 5 Dec 2012 (3 months).
Payable 4 Jan 2013 (4 months, about average for energy suppliers).
Switch went smoothly, Customer service good so far.

I switched supplier in August and the transaction tracked very quickly and showed as confirmed soon after. However, 4 months later, I am still waiting for payment. Look carefully at comments in date order to see other disappointing comments.

Still waiting for cash back t appear on my account. Switched to Scottish Power in June 12, didn't show up as tracked. I assumed this was because it would show once the switch was complete.
Lodged missing cash back claim in August, still waiting for a result nothing back from Scottish Power as yet, very poor, would not use again.

Switched 10th September and still not tracked. Cleared cookies first which obviously didn't help. Lodged claim with TCB end of September but nothing so far. Not looking good. As always, don't rely on getting the cashback to make it a good deal but see it as a bonus if you do.

Still after 2 months cashback not tracked. Scottish Power transferred someone elses supply instead of mine and takes 30 minutes to get through to them on the phone, a nightmare switch!
