Hit and miss tracking
Missed out on a fair bit of cashback through this merchant as it took me a while to realise I had a lot of missing tracking activity. Others seem to be OK so not sure what I'm doing wrong, don't have a probelm with other merchants.

Every claim has been declined WTF Screwfix????
I've made a large number of purchases from Screwfix through top cashback. Everyone of them tracks on its own and then gets declined. Clearly you know I've made a purchase and you know the amount because the cashback shows up, but then someone somewhere declines the cashback. Its a joke, if you do have to buy from screwfix them save your time and just go straight to their website and don't waste your time going through top cashback
