Throughout the year I've had to put manual claims in as nothing seems to track, regardless of which computer I use. They are all recorded in the list of Clicks to Merchants in TCB, but it's a pain having to go through the claims process for such tiny amounts. I missed out on at least 4 or 5 transactions as I forgot to put the manual claims in, and now they're too old - that's another 50p out of the window :) However, the products are usually competitively priced, not always, and the store is only a 20 minute drive, so it's quite convenient - and open weekends too. One star for cashback, and an extra two stars for the other stuff!

As my last three purchases have been declined cashback I would have given Screwfix a ZERO but the lowest option is one star. The amounts involved were small, around 20-30p, so I didn't bother making a fuss. I know cashback claims were refused last year too. I no longer expect to get any cashback from a Screwfix purchase and won't be using Topcashback for this company. I'm a private diyer and not a trader or company. In fact I'm retired since 2011 and claiming my pension so I feel a bit misled by Screwfix.
