Bearing in mind that my transaction with this agent was approximately 3 months ago...and monies deducted immediately, I feel that the delay im receiving my payment is ridiculously long!

One whole year after I spent over £130 on gig tickets, which I physically collected from the Seatwave office and they have decided to decline the cashback - it might be an attractive rate, and promise a faster payout but thats only if they acknowledge your purchase in the first place. Avoid avoid avoid.

Cashback rate is quite high with this one, was expecting £9, but I should have been wary of the lack of reviews (good or bad) since 2011. A purchase in August still hasn't been followed up by February. The irony is they claim to be "faster paying"! Will think twice before using this retailer again

Seatwave were excellent in providing tickets to the V festival and always kept me up to date with status.
The cashback did not, however, track and the seatwave refused to address this, claiming the reason was 'confidential'. After 21 successful cashback claims with other sites this is my first issue. Seatwave did not respond to requests for further information.
I would defintely use seatwave again if I really wanted a sold out ticket but I would not expect cashback to materialise.
