	Have not been paid Booked a Paris trip with secret escapes and £69 showed as pending. Booked this in july naturally thought the status would change after the break had taken place which was August. It is still showing as pending, given all these poor reviews it doesnt look like I am getting paid so think top cashback should explore if secret escapes are worth working with.

	If I could give it no stars, I would, company should be banned from site! Paid a lot a money for a couples package holiday to Bali. Went through the cash back website and when it came to paying my cash 4.4 % cashback, strangley enough like so many other people's cash back, Secret Escapes are claiming that I didn't go though the Topcashback website and I most certainly did! This experience has not only put me off from purchasing anything else from Secret Escapes (as they are finished with me,) but I also don't really bother purchasing anything from Topcash any more. What's the point, when they are falsely advertising cashback with blatantly lying companies such as these!

	Avoid this merchant Would be zero stars if that was available as a rating. Three-night hotel stay booked through Secret Escapes via TCB, but cashback declined. Very poor experience. Don't book with this company if you expect cashback.

	Keep rejecting claims Last four claims have all be rejected they say i didnot go through top cash back , ok will accept first on as maybe I did not ,but other three i know i did and still no cash back . Show up on my history log but once they say no , on where to go , not good

	Not impressed I linked straight to the site from TC and made a purchase. According to the provider my referral was not via TC. No idea who got the money then and they don;t appear to want to discuss. Disappointing but also a bit sad (:

	Tracked & Paid no problem often with travel sites they seem to do their best at swerving cashback, no such problems with secret escapes, decent city break hotel, price tracked and paid no issues. recommend
