One member praised their “brilliant” customer service and described how they let them get a refund on tickets bought for a tour at one venue and buy more for the same tour at a venue closer to home when it was announced three weeks later. 	Cashback paid quickly. Nearly covered the amount I paid for a £1.95 transaction fee that was added to the cost of the tickets. Amazing that an online transaction and then emailed tickets, that I had to print off at my expense, should be subject to a transaction fee. Apart from that no issues with the cashback, unless the transaction fee is designed to cover any potential casback paid. No surely not!

	Would not use this site for cashback again. Spent over £90 on tickets & only received just over £3 cashback because they take "additional extras" off purchase amount before cashback % is paid. Other ticketing websites don't!

	Customer service were brilliant for me allowing me to get a refund on my tickets for a tour at one arena and buying them for the same tour closer to home when tickets were announced there weeks later. The cashback could be better mind, especially with the rip off service and admin fees they charge, but every little helps.
