You charge ppl for Selfridges+ and set minimum spend for free shipping and yet you are not rewarding any cashback to the customers any who utilise the service. What a cheap company.

Not tracking.
I've made two large purchases here in the past couple of months and both times the cashback hasn't tracked. Seems to be the only retailer where the cashback doesn't track. They make it seem appealing by offering a good rate but what's the point when it doesn't even track. I would have been better off making my purchases elsewhere.

Cashback declined on a large purchase for no legitimate reason.
I made a large purchase specifically from Selfridges as opposed to other retailers for their cashback and it has been declined for no reason. I have appealed. Be weary.

Quick and simple
Cashback registered on my account within minutes and was correct by my calculations. There are a few people moaning about how it is calculated on the price of the Item without the VAT, But 3.4 cashback on an item which is already heavily discounted is a bargain in my humble opinion

payout rather lengthy and now based on exVAT prices ie the 8% on over £350 would require you to actually spend £437.50.

Denied me cashback for a legitimate purchase.
Spent £250 through the regular topcashback referral, but had to open a case as it wasn't recognised. Denied the cashback!
