Sell your phone

Sell your phone allows you to trade-in your phone or device and receive the value of your device into your TopCashback account, we’ll also add bonus cashback for each device you trade in through Sell your phone.

Visit the Sell your phone site through the link 'Sell Your Phone now’ and search for the device you’d like to sell. Once you’ve provided information about the condition of your device, you’ll be provided with a quote.

If you accept the quote, you can then send your device to our partner (WeBuyAnyPhone.com) who will check your device and let you know of any issues or if it has been approved.
Once approved, the value of your phone and your bonus cashback will progress to Payable in your account within 3 days.

The value of your device will show at pending status within your TopCashback account once you have accepted your quote. It will progress through to Payable status in your TopCashback account after our partner (WeBuyAnyPhone.com) has reviewed and approved your device. This normally takes between 1-3 working days from them receiving your device.

The bonus cashback is applied per device and will track alongside your device trade-in cashback. Once your trade-in has been completed your bonus cashback will also progress to payable.

The bonus cashback is only applicable on orders with an approved trade-in value of £1 or higher.

You’re able to send your device via the Post Office, you can either select to use a digital label or our partner (WeBuyAnyPhone.com) can send a pre-paid envelope and label to you. You will be able to choose your most convenient option when viewing your quote.

The free pre-paid label insures your device upto a value of £150, if the value of your device is higher than £150 we recommend you send it via Special Delivery which insures your device upto £750.

The ‘View my sales’ link on this page which will take you to your trade-ins section on the Sell your phone site. There, it will show your previous or current devices sold and you’ll be able to check their status.
