	Hi, My reason for contacting you is for a transaction recently made through you guys to recycle my old mobile phone with an online company called "SELL OLD PHONE", www.selloldphone.co.uk. The phone was an Iphone 3G and the amount, £92. I am advised by their order tracking that payment should have been sent out around the 27th October. I have not received the payment and it is now the 21st November. There is no number for me to ring and they have not replied to emails. My next step will be to write to them. I "STUPIDLY" did not google them before carrying out the transaction. I 100% do not accuse your company of any wrong doing but through association and the fact that this company is one of your retailers, instilled an imediate and sufficient amount of trust for me to continue with my purchase. Have you actually seen the amount of complaints about these people on the web??? Going back 2 years atleast... I am horrified!! I am pretty sure that my £92 will never see the light of day... Which I regard as theft!! Please please can you investigate this company and re-assess you relationship with them. It does, at the end of the day reflect badly upon yourselves also, which I feel to be unfair as I had absolutely no problems at all with my other transaction.

	every one please read the reviews this company is no good they stated me £56 for my phone, i,ve phoned them and emailed them with no reply, after 3 months i got a cheque for £8, i,ve lossed out they,ve gained, keep away from them they will rob you

	Wish I'd read the other reviews before I sent my phone. They say they've paid my cashback but had no cheque and they're not replying to emails. Very unhappy with them. Does anyone have a telephone number?

	Showed cashback for the 100 day period then went to £0 and never paid the full valuation for my phone!!! absolute con!! can't wait for Ann Robinson to get them!!!

	tracked as 3 pounds something for a year and then showed zero!!! after all that time! do not use them.

	Gave zero stars! 10 months later the cash back tracks to payable as £0. Total waste of time! Try another company!

	Cashback tracked quickly, still pending though so not sure if/when it will become payable. Unfortunately the company themselves are TERRIBLE! Paid my £4 for a phone they valued at £28 due to a few cosmetic scratches and a small piece of plastic snapped off the side (the phone itself still worked perfectly when I sent it). I complained, and recieved a very short rude reply in return. I want my phone back as I am not willing to accept £4 for it, but they won't return it without me paying an 'admin' fee which is a rip off at between £10 and £20 - if it was a token £2 for postage then fair enough, but they know fine well that people won't pay the £20 'admin' fee so they end up getting away with it. Absolute cowboy con-artists, I wish I'd checked the reviews before sending my phone... there are hundreds of bad ones online! I have reported them to Watchdog, as I know that many others have too. I really think TCB should think carefully about whether they are prepared to have such a dodgy company affiliated with them... as I've always found TCB to be reputable, and I am surprised that they work with such a rip-off outfit as SellOldPhone! I am only giving them 1 star because it won't let me give 0 stars. If I could, I'd give minus stars!

	they quoted me £ 76 sent an email to say it would be paid within ten days. after two weeks I hadnt received it and after contacting them they sent me a cheque for £49!!!!!!

	BEWARE READ ALL OF THIS!!! I would not recommend this retailer to anyone. The customer service is very poor they just ignore all your emails, they make a good offer on your mobile but then send nearly half as much stating that the mobile is substandard (mine was in perfect condition). They wont tell you that your offer has been reduced and if you want to reject the offer and get yr phone back they will charge you £20. I have reported them to trading standards as they are running a scam. BEWARE

	Very poor - received payment after 4 weeks then cheque bounced when paying into my bank. No response to emails of phone calls.

	DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I sent them my phone which was complete with charger, headphones etc and even the box it came in and about 8 weeks later (might be even longer than that) and i've heard absolutely nothing. They've not even honoured the payment due under this website!!!! They are an absolute disgrace and would most certainly not recommend them to anyone. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware of this firm.

	Didn't pay me as much as quoted for my phone. My cash back showed the next day, but when it went to payable the amount changed to 0 and as it is over 100 days I can't put a claim in, don't use them.

	RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!! Claimed I didn't send in the charger, which I did, and only sent half what they quoted. Didn't get the cashback either! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

	No cashback,but got the full amount they quoted,[£38] and i did not send the charger with the phone.Iwent through all the sites and they paid the most money.

	Avoid at all costs! Both myself and my daughter got HALF of what they said they would pay! Lied to me about my battery not being included when I pointed out that it was they said they deducted half the money for charger being missing. AND We are still waiting for the cashback to come through.

	Only gave me half wait they said they would. LIEd and said I did not send the battery but then changed thier minds when i pointed out I did send the battery then said it was no charger. STILL not had any cash back either. They gave my daughter a lot less than they quoted her as well.

	CON ARTISTS!!!! You have to send in a charger with your phone or it's classed as non working!! This is buried in the small print under "terms and conditions" and not mentioned once when you place your order. Very underhand and deceitful, no other recycler I've dealt with have made this demand. Also (unlikethe reputable companies) they dont give you the choice of either accepting the reduced offer or have your phone returned to you, they just send you a cheque in the post for the reduced amount and refuse point blank to send your phone back if you're unhappy with the offer. Total and utter crooks, avoid at all costs!!!!!

	Make sure you send in a charger with the phone or they will not pay the full amount they quote for the phone. This is hidden in there T&C's unlike most other companies who do not require the charge. Suggest you recycle your phones elsewhere.

	They've had my phone for 9 days now and I've heard nothing from them. I'll stick to Fone Bank or envirofone in future, far more efficient!
