Refused Cashback
Spent over £300 as new customer, one of the products could have got cheaper elsewhere but decided to go ahead anyway because of the cashback. Refused cashback for whatever reason. I have hundreds of transactions approved by other merchants so seems this merchant does not want to pay-out. Wont use them again!

Dishonest
Transaction completed, all tracked correctly, no voucher code used. Cashback declined.
Also, first called to get a quote, then ordered online - price online was £20 cheaper than telephone order! Doesn't leave a good impression!
