	Said I don't buy via Topcashback. Was going to buy via a different merchant but decided to go direct as higher cashback. Very quickly said I didn't buy via Topcashback even though they had a record of it so refused to pay out. No appeal. Would go via a retailer next time.

	Avoid this company I'd give zero stars if i could. Declined my cashback, saying I hadn't purchased via TC, even though all the evidence was there! Companies like this should be barred. They put out good offers to suck you in, then refuse the cashback!

	Cashback tracked but declined Cashback was tracked seamlessly by Topcashback but declined by retailer. All T&C's were followed. Not great

	Decined cashback Retailer needs to be removed ASAP. All terms and conditions followed. And Refuse payout for no reason Quality of product is nowhere near as good as it used to be either.

	Cashback declined Followed the terms and conditions, genuine putchase direct from link even accepted all cookies and cashback declined. It was on the 20 or 25% cashback as well. Needs to be removed or all declined transactions approved

	No cashback As expected from Shark, cashback was declined, despite ordering after clicking their website through TCB. Exact same issue when I ordered from Ninja (essentially the same companies). If you have a deal and it involves cashback, don't bank on it!

	Do not bother - a scam artist Ordered a Shark hoover in January 24. Just noticed the merchant has declined my cash back. Never a Shark again!

	Wouldn’t bother as they do not pay cash back! Challenged the cash back and still rejected. No discounts were used. Would have been cheaper from a third party website rather than direct with shark

	Refused cashback - Terrible Didn't receive a penny. TCB "tried" to help but usual excuse comes out. Used the same device to get cashback for Nike and tracked fine and paid out. Would have been around £35 cashback and nothing. Ended up paying more for the device than if I'd just gone direct because the cashback would have made it cheaper. Absolutely useless.
