	No cashback As expected from Shark, cashback was declined, despite ordering after clicking their website through TCB. Exact same issue when I ordered from Ninja (essentially the same companies). If you have a deal and it involves cashback, don't bank on it!

	Wouldn’t bother as they do not pay cash back! Challenged the cash back and still rejected. No discounts were used. Would have been cheaper from a third party website rather than direct with shark

	Refused cashback - Terrible Didn't receive a penny. TCB "tried" to help but usual excuse comes out. Used the same device to get cashback for Nike and tracked fine and paid out. Would have been around £35 cashback and nothing. Ended up paying more for the device than if I'd just gone direct because the cashback would have made it cheaper. Absolutely useless.

	Declined Rubbish - declined straight away because Of the usual reason that TCB were not the last blah blah blah. What would be really helpful is if they said, TCB weren’t but this other company was, so that you know it’s being declined for a real reason rather than just giving a blanket response and no means to follow up as to who the referrer was etc

	Percentage doesn't match Cashback has tracked on payment but for a lesser amount than I paid. Read it was 8% but tracking as £1.40. I paid £170 so should be around £13.00

	Downgraded amount payable after purchase I was expecting a payout of £8 + based upon the offered percentage when making a purchase. But Shark declined to pay this amount and only offered £1.34. Very disappointed they tried to weasel out. After a few months and repeated follow ups Top Cash back paid the correct amount as a "goodwill gesture".
