Great pre-delivery service and correspondence, however slight hiccup on delivery whereby we did not receive the right shed, this was taken away and replaced the same afternoon...with one side panel missing! Contacted shed supplier direct and a replacement side panel was ordered and delivery taken 3 working days later. Unfortunately although I sent Shedstore an email regarding the delivery issues 10 days ago, I have still not had a response. I have felt the post delivery service has let my overall experience down. Although I am happy with the shed and manufacturers response to our missing panel.
