Appalling company
Tracked straight away, but that was the only positive. Company failed to make the transfer for me from Vodafone twice, blaming Openreach and technical issues, yet we were not asking for anything different from the existing Vodafone service. After the initial attempt, I had to reapply as they won't try again without a fresh application. In addition they claimed that they could not port Vodafone numbers so we would have to have a new phone line and number. Shellenergy is now owned by Octapus and their customer service is based in India. Although they are lovely and polite, they know nothing which will shed light on any problems and just read their emails back to you. Email responses take over 24 hours. The cashback we would have received was not worth the hassle, and by contrast I got through to Vodafone (customer service is UK based) they price matched, and a new contract was done and dusted in 15 minutes. So much for Octapus' excellent customer service!!

6 months and still no cashback
Disappointing as the cashback incentive swayed my overall decision to go with Shell. The longest I have ever waited for cashback to clear on this app.

Still no tracking or cashback
Signed up to these via topcashback compare around 10 months ago and still not tracked or received any cash back. Support completely useless and appear to not want to pay.
Be careful when including cashback into the monthly cost as unlikely to ever be paid.

Be careful. The £50 credit offer at the top of the home page applies to the 'super' broadband services - not the cheaper ones. There's a footnote at the bottom of the page to tell you that.

Don't ever make the switch. This company is a nightmare. The router takes three weeks to arrive although you are still charged. The internet speed is super slow. It takes the average 1 hour to get through to anyone on the phone. The online chat keeps on dropping off and you have to repeat all the security questions as well as your question again.
