Bought two pairs of expensive shoes for my husband plus a cheap pair of sandals for my son. Had to return the sandals as they were way too small. Shoes Zone then declined ALL my cashback for the whole transaction, despite no mention of this in the terms and conditions. Very disappointing - the cashback should be reduced pro-rata, this is only fair. In the future I will be forced to order each pair of shoes separately to avoid this...which will end up costing Shoe Zone more in delivery!! Short sighted and disappointing from this merchant.

Bought 6 pairs of shoes in there. Had to return one to the store despite them being faulty and buy a new pair online instead of simply exchanging. Then they took the cashback I already had back despite it not saying anything in their terms and conditions about it. They can stick it now because I'll be cancelling my Shoe Zone account.
