Cash back denied
I purchased a Turbo Trainer from Sigma Sports through top cash back, the cost £899.00, the cash back was declined by the retailer. Looking at other feedback for Sigma Sports I am not alone.
They should be removed from this site if they don’t honour their cash back promises.
I will not be buying anything else from them.

Made an online order for a full RRP item with later collection in store, just spotted cash back has been declined. Looking at the review history there are a number of other customers experiencing this decision not to pay out

Cashback declined
cashback which was pending has been declined on a £300 purchase. Another purchase for a similar amount is saying pending but I'm not confident I'll be getting it. No reason given.

Avoid this retailer
I spent £950 pounds with Sigma sports in April 24, cash back tracked and then was declined by the retailer. I will not be spending with this retailer again, looking at the feedback for Sigma I don’t appear to be the only one who has received no cash back from them.

They have never accepted any of my cashback
None of there transactions have ever tracked properly meaning I have had to raise claims every time. The most recent one has been rejected to a poor unfounded reason that I cannot dispute. Avoid this retailer.
