Would be a 0 if I could give that as a rating
I am very disappointed in this merchant who I have patronised for years outside top cashback. They refused to honour my cashback, claiming I hadn't followed terms & condiitons, which was not true. I do not think that merchants should be on this scheme if they are going to look for ways to weasel out of paying cashback. I will not be using simple pharmacy ever again and intend to close my account with them asap.
