First major decline on TCP after many years of use. Avoid if cashback is making the quote the cheapest as it will likely be declined.

AVOID - I bought a policy for them, paid all my monthly premiums etc, and they declined my cashback. Without the cashback, their quote wasn't the best deal for me.

Bought business insurance 19/01/2010. Cashback didn't show therefore submitted a claim 01/04/2010 and still waiting (as at 08/12/2011) for any kind of response from Simply Business.
I wouldn't buy anything from them again because not to respond to a query is an indication that they do not give a hoot about their customers. Avoid.
