As seems to have been the case for a number of other users, this merchant simply declined to pay out the Cashback I was due. I would recommend TCB remove them.

RECEIVED DAMGED GOODS AND THEY REFUSE TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE FOR RETURN. THEY HAVE NOT HEARD THE END OF THIS SO IF YOUR THINKING OF BUYING HERE THEN DO NOT!

I made 2 separate purchases with Sleepy People in Nov16. The first purchase tracked fine, but the second purchase (twice the value of the first) they have taken the first purchase value for tracking purposes. It is now March17 and it is still unresolved.
