Complete scammers - they don't deliver and refuse a refund
I ordered a very expensive ski jacket through them, it took them ages to dispatch the order. It never arrived. I chased them a number of times and they got me to fill in some forms because the package didn't arrive. They then told me to wait they were dealing with it. When I chased again they said I was out of time (despite chasing 7 days after the stated delivery time on their courier email which said my package was with the courier) and they won't refund me. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DONT DELIVER

I placed an order in November and am still waiting for them to track and acknowledge my cashback on 16 Jan 2012. They are also based in Spain (not UK) so think twice about ordering if you think you might need to return something to them. I ended up keeping my purchase because it was going to cost £30 to post it back!
