	Great service, great products but wriggled out of cashback with comment "network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". Disappointing as couldn't fault them otherwise.

	They declined my claim of the cash back and I have no idea why, Topcashback showed that I had gone through their website to order. I wouldn't use them again unless it was very much cheaper.Very disappointed as this is the first time this has happened to me. I could understand if there had been an explanation for this.

	Great products, good prices, quick delivery but wriggled out of paying cashback. Claimed that topcashback was not the last referrer despite me making my order on a laptop that I had specifically used because I had never visited their site on it, clicked through to their website via topcashback (as logged), put items in basket and then paid 12 minutes after my initial click (as logged by topcashback/paypal) - claim refused. Their products are great but don't rely on cash back.

	Very disappointed to have this cashback declined! I am therefore unable to recommend this retailer which is very unfortunate as I might have had some very positive things to say about them otherwise. Unless this claim is honoured I will be shopping elsewhere for bedding.

	This place do have great products but their customer service is appalling. If you are unlucky and your item is out of stock or there's some other problem, they basically have no system for resolving any problems. They messed me around for almost two months over an out of stock sheet, all the while selling the almost identical replacement on their website. No reocmpense offered and they insist you phone them for everything, so half the convenience of online shopping is lost. I am torn. Their products are the absolute best at this price point, no contest, but it's a gamble, and if you are unlucky it's a real hassle. I would say, get sheets and things from here, especially the silk and the 600 percale, but don't spend your big money with this shop as you could lose out. Also their email system is insecure so I get constant spam via their google checkout every time I buy from them. Not terribly reassuring.

	beware - made a large purchase of over £300.00 and they are refusing to pay cash back. Very poor will not be shopping with them again

	Poor customer service. I placed an order and cancelled within a couple of hours. 2 and half weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. Do not reccomend.

	Would not use again due to poor customer service. I placed my order on Sunday evening a couple of weeks ago. I e-mailed the customer services two hours later to cancel my order. I had a reply on Monday evening saying that my order cannot be cancelled as it has been already despatched and advising me to refuse the delivery. I did this over a week ago and apparently my return still has not been received yet and I still have not been refunded. I have no goods and my money still has not been returned.

	I had a split delivery because an item was out of stock - I was never credited for the second item which arrived a month later! I have used the merchant several times now and the service is very good and the cashback does get tracked and paid out. Product quality is excellent. I will be back for more from this merchant.

	I love this site, cashback tracks quickly and is paid promptly, the quality of the goods is excellent. If you like beautiful bedding with a touch of quality do not be afraid to shop here. I am a repeat shopper and will be buying all my bedding from here in the future.

	Cashback experiences have been good unfortunately the product is not matched by the customer service.When i queried why the free postage was after £100 and not the £50 as advertised in their brochure they just ignored me.will not use again

	Duvet and pillow Warehouse is an excellent company which I have used several times.Their products are of good quality and delivery times quick.My only criticism is that they don't seem to send a despatch e mail but you can check your account on their website and it shows if items have been despatched.

	I have been disappointed on a couple of occasions when I have re-ordered a product, only to find that the quality has not been up to the standard I originally found. On those occasions I have returned the product. Generally though, the quality is quite good.

	There appears to be no problems with the quality of their products but I have now been waiting since October 2010 for the cashback. As an experienced TCB customer with many successful trades under my belt I am at a loss to see why this company has continued to drag it's heels. Under these circumstances I can only advise potential TCB customers to keep well away - it appears you will be wasting your time!
