Get a plumber
I bought the install option for my new washing machine. What a waste of money. They could not install as they mistakenly thought they would have to take the dishwasher out. Said they could install but were not allowed to!!!
They left the drum safety catch on which should have been removed when unpacked. This caused a problem as was not expecting it was still secured.
I wrote a complaint but did not receive the courtesy of a reply.

Very Impressed
Our long-serving coffee machine filtered its final cup of coffee last week so I researched online for a replacement. Morphy Richards has served us well in the past so was happy to stay with that company. Sonic Direct had the very machine that we had zoomed in on and their price was well below anyone else's which was a bonus. I hadn't heard of this company before but decided to bite the bullet and give them the benefit of the doubt as reviews were positive. Couldn't fault SonicDirect. Ordering was a doddle, I picked our preferred delivery date which was just a few days after I placed the order. I was kept informed of the delivery, both by SonicDirect and Parcelforce. Superb service throughout, item arrived and is already in use. Very impressed with SonicDirect and will certainly recommend them to family and friends and will turn to them again when our next item dies a death. Cashback tracked within 24 hours. A*****

A totally stress free online purchase - wonderful!
The background was that our Hoover H-Lift 700 upright vacuum cleaner broke at the articulation point and was a terminal breakdown. So, online I go to find a replacement which I did on the SD website albeit the price had gone up from the time of the original purchase, but needs must!
I sent one or two emails asking about the product and they were responded to by Andrew within 10 - 15 mins. Fantastic, but free next day delivery was only applicable if the transaction was completed before 15.00 hrs (3 pm).
So, I ordered via TCB and paid, and about 15 - 20 mins later I got a 'ping' to say my purchase had been tracked, and several days later I got another 'ping' to say the transaction cashback was available to withdraw. Now that's the kind of service other vendors ought to emulate.
Anyway, at around 09.30 hrs (9.30 am) there's a 'ding-dong' and there was the Parcelforce (PF) courier with my item and no fuel, queuing or anything else, so SD, TCB and PF are ALL worthy of top marks and I couldn't have been more impressed at every level by all those involved with my buying experience.
Thanks to one and all for their 5* first class service and I couldn't commend all of them enough.

Sales team called me back after the online sale and talked me into upgrading my purchase to a newer TV for £10 - I did agree but this made me miss out on the offical TCB claim. Thankfully TCB CS gave it to me anyway as a goodwill gesture.

Noticed this store had a generous cashback offer of over 3%... Bought an expensive TV for £2,099 then 2 days later the price dropped to £1,899. They price matched this of course but they did not honour the 3% and refused me any cashback using a loophole since I had the price match. This is ridiculous since the price changed just 2 days later and I spent such a large amount with them. Do not recommend buying from them. Just go with another shop that has a lower cashback but at least honours it.

Allowed to place an order for a Samsung fridge-freezer which wasn't in stock. Had to wait weeks for it to get into stock. When it was delivered the delivery drivers damaged our floor in two places removing the old appliance, then delivered our 'new' fridge-freezer which was seriously damaged. Rejected the delivery. Resulted, old fridge-freezer damaged returning it and damage to our floor. Seriously not happy!

We have had a couple of appliances from Sonic Direct. A fridge freezer that broke down just before xmas (within warranty) - Sonic Direct were excellent and arranged for the engineer to attend and fix. We decided to get our new washing machine through them due to their excellent customer service. Things may not always to go plan, but ther customer service department are active and responsive.

Cashback payable in just over 3 weeks! Super prompt dispatch of goods too. ParcelForce messed up delivery, and though no fault of theirs, Sonic Direct phoned me to check it was resolved. If only all companies were this good!
