Love Space NK... but not loving the cashback hassle! Have bought from Space NK for a long time - great products/service etc and they always used to track and pay quickly on TCB. However, in the last year I've made 8 orders and not one has tracked. They do seem to pay out eventually... but it's a long wait and having to fill out reports and chase it up is a bit tiresome. Probably worth looking at other cashback/airmile options...

Failed to track the transaction, I failed a claim through tcb. The claim was declined with the reason "another referrer involved".
The delivery was also very slow, so not impressed at all!

Service and product very good, but cashback experience has been very poor.
Purchased goods in Dec 12, tracked and confirmed very quickly yet still not payable over 18mths later.
Not impressed!

I love Space NK and shop there regularly. Online orders come with free samples - can't fault it. However, my cashback experience is variable. It used to track automatically and pay out quickly but the last few orders I've made it hasn't tracked. Have put in claims, one has paid out so far...waiting for the others.

Unfortunately my browser failed to track the transaction, I failed a claim through TCB. 6 months on, they declined my claim using lame excuses saying there is another referrer involved! Not impressed!

Cashback always tracks quickly with SpaceNK, but the time waiting for the payment is hit and miss. I'm currently waiting 15 weeks for payment which is frustrating.
