I've bought several pairs of glasses through site and had no problems with the actual products, all are the quality, fit and "build" you would expect from the brands they sell. However, their delivery can vary from slow (minimum two weeks) to snail like (well over a month in one case). Website does seem to be lacking in some basic stuff like dimensions for some of the frames but this can be found elsewhere by Googling.
However, with all five purchased I have made, they have not once managed to track and pay cashback without having to have a missing cashback claim raised. That said, all the claims have been paid reasonably quickly (within two months) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other users.

Received my products swiftly and without issue, the prices onsite are great with some good designer labels, my superdry sunglasses look and feel great - not problem recommending.

Slower than a slow tortoise on pot walking through glue
This company must be trading off an old reputation if my experience is anything to go by. I would never use them again.
I ordered bog-standard sunnies with a not very powerful prescription.
The price, not that great. Over £30.
Speed of delivery - appalling.
Communication - no progress tracking. And when I did ask, I got terse, unhelpful emails fobbing me off with weak promises (and even they did not come to fruition).
When I order glasses online I want value, speed and quality. I don't care how the founder came up with the idea etc etc.
I care about glasses arriving when I need them, looking as good as the pictures, and being the correct prescription. One out of three (prescription) is not great.
More than a month after ordering, they actually arrived.
