Never got cashback
Do not bother ordering from these, I’ve ordered 3 or 4 times and never got cashback on a single one. They shouldn’t be allowed on this site if they don’t pay cashback. Just a scamming way to get customers! Not happy at all.

This retailers cashback is a scam. Never pays out. had to give 1 star as that is the lowest possible rating you can give, unfortunately a 5 star rating system should also include a zero star, because thats all it would get from a lot of these reviews.

Declined cashback for no reason
I ordered from house of fraser and sportsdirect (both under the same ownership????) about a week apart.... both were declined. Bit strange. All other orders I placed around the same time with different companies tracked no problem. If a company isn't going to honour it's cashback promises then topcashback.co.uk needs to cancel it's membership to the site.
