	No cashback received. Took 5 months of chasing from TCB for them to say it wasn't valid. Very disappointed in Sports Direct. TopCashback excellent as usual though!

	Would not pay out on my purchase after months of nothing. Reason being I used another website such as a search engine/another cash back website which is totally false! Good luck getting money from sports direct... I suppose Newcastle fc need all the help they can get!

	No complaints about the goods or delivery from Sports Direct. However, they are the only company I've had to lodge missing claims against, and I'm not at all impressed with their cashback service. Although one claim was successfully made, another was refused - yet I know the orders were placed no differently to each other. The sums involved may not have been much, but the hassle involved together with the length of time each claim took to resolve make me think buying from them via a cashback site is more trouble than its worth.

	Been waiting since Dec 2012 for my confirmed cashback not a lot of money but to-date heard nothing from either SD or TCB, extremely poor c/back payment. the c/back logged/recorded within minutes of the transaction yet over a year later still nothing!

	Cashback tracked and paid out quickly. Postage was high, I also wouldn't recommed the Sports Direct stores, very unhelpful and a lot more expensive than their own website!

	Do not use Sports Direct. They added things to my order and charged me for it even though I did not order them. It is impossible to contact them and they made no effort to reply to my requests. A terrible company. And if they ever send me another of their wretched mugs that I don't want I shall scream!

	Spent over £50.00 on products from Sports Direct online, very good products at cheap prices. Cashback tracked, but declined, no reason given. Topcashback needs to sort this out, quick time if they want people to keep using them!

	Denide knowledge of order despite a claim with order no. being sent in. Recieved no cashback when expected aprox a fiver :( :( :(. TCB i believe did there best to retrieve the money owed.

	Cheap company, no customer service, poor quality items and breach terms of distance buying legislation and sale of goods act 1979. when you get defective items dont expect to get a refund or an exchange, and you will have to pay for the goods to be returned to them, in contravention of Sale of goods act.

	I used Topcashback with Sports Direct 3 times and different dates / amounts but spent more than £300 in total. I got paid once and the other 2 got declined. took TopCashback ages to get back to me and when i questioned why i didn't get the money for the 2 time i was told that nothing can be done on one ticket and other been told they will ask again and if still no then will want to know why. so been let down by Sports Direct and TopCashback. I have had another merchant that was declined but in the end after a year i had to settle for half the amount. I am now leaving TopCashback and going back to another cashback website. Very Rare Do another cashback website not pay out. I only came here cause another cashback website charged £5 but its now free so good news for me, another cashback website Here i come

	Unsurprised that TCB have removed them. My transaction failed to track and was then declined by Sports Direct. Good discount retailer but offering cashback and failing to deliver is pretty poor

	I made a purchase in May 2012 and I am still waiting for my confirmed payment to become payable. I would not use them again. There are other sports clothing retailer who offer far quicker cashback and let's be honest this is why we are all using the site!

	I ordered from sports direct in july 2012 and they have never given me cashback. Great Shop in general but don't just buy from them because of the cashback as you will probably be very dissappointed when they don't pay out.
