Unfortunately my purchases were declined twice in two separate occasions. The boots and delivery service were ok tho.

Tracked, then untracked then rejected
What's the point of having a claim process when they reject the claim with a generic response (The network has advised we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed, usually this means another marketing channel was credited with the sale. This does mean that we aren’t able to source any funds on this purchase.) which I can't prove or challenge.

Avoids paying legitimate cashback!
Beware using this retailer. They have now twice declined my use of TopCashBack on separate occasions when Ive bought running shoes in their sales. Each time, they say I have used another 3rd party before making the transaction. This is false. Ive cleared all my cookies, browsing history and cache etc, went straight to their site via TCP and made a purchase. Each purchased 'tracked' before being declined. TCP got nowhere with the retailer but didmake an ex gratia payment to me which Im grateful for.

Shoes amazing, cashback not always honoured.
Great deals for quality products.
But don't expect cashback. Mine declined spuriously at the last minute despite having tracked and moved through the process. I put my partner's email on the order so she'd get the delivery messages (even though we live at the same address) and I can only think this was their nonsense reason for declining.
