Followed this to the letter, cleared cache, no returns etc and cashback tracks all the way then ends up on £0.00 without any reasoing.
DO not trust this company to honour their word, they wont.

Cashback always tracks quickly.
Then quietly with no updates, CASHBACK IS ZEROED and not paid. Only noticed by chance when went into my account - still waiting for reasons for over two months.
If cashback is part of your purchase decision then I'd be very wary. There are other more reliable and honest retailers.

Cashback confirmed and tracked after a week of wearing product. Might help explain where all the speed from their actual website has gone, demand! Good search engine on their site filters out shoes not your size or out of stock.

Became pending quickly, will wait and see if turns to zero as last time but put claim in then and received monies.
Can confirm code for free delivery and 10% off worked a treat on shoes in sale.
They also sent me another code for free delivery if re order in 30 days but looks for re orders - MAFR49.

used last year got cash back v.quickly, but purchased new hiking boots beginning of march, CB tracked and confirmed but changed to 0.00 when became payable. have lodged claim. will wait and see.

After 3 months of waiting my cashback was rejected as "Another marketing channel was credited with the sale"
TCB say this could be due to failing to clear the cache but I am pretty sure I scrubbed my browser clean, as always, before buying. The price was very good. The cashback would have been good had I got it!

Unlike some others I've had a very good experience, my purchase tracked the same day and they paid the full cash back amount. All went through very quickly too. I also couldn't beat their price on the trainers I bought which was also a bonus.
