Reading the reviews above it is worth noting that if you have a voucher code you should enter this in the 'delivery instructions' box. In my case I used WRP1 (free delivery) but it wasn't deducted straight away, but if you email them they will deduct manually.

I too was constantly looking where the discount code could be applied - It seems that on the second or third page it asks for your address etc, on the right hand side there is a box asking for special delivery instructions, it is here that you add any codes.

Purchased 2 pairs of trainers. one of the boxes contained 2 left trainers. had to send back at my expense, still waiting refund and no further stock available. and they have updated my cashback to nil?
Customer service from them is terrible!

Excellent rate of cashback, fast delivery and the Free delivery code has worked for me even though the final total still reflects that you are paying £4.99 postage. When Sportsshoes bill you, you don't get charged the postage (Free delivery code WRP1).
