Took out policy in Oct 14, and was happy to wait the 34 weeks for payment (was an exclusive offer of £94.50 on life insurance), but even after a few messages to topcashback who asked me to wait a few more weeks (it is now 9 months) still nothing. Topcashback said they were expecting payment by end of June for this transaction and yet when I have looked today hoping for it to be payable it has actually DISAPPEARED from my account. It hasnt been declined it has just totally vanished from the account. Waiting for topcashback to chase this up but I suggest you use another company. If they cant keep there promise to pay cashback how reliable will they be to payout life insurance?

Tracked on purchase in August 2013, documents arrived in post, all good so far - then after it tracked and confirmed, the cashback was declined in month 11 despite having a '6 month validation period'. In month 8 I cancelled the cover as I was provided coverage with my new employer - but obviously that didn't tie in with their 11 month processing window (despite the listing showing a 6 month period). Seems very underhand and not playing fair. I won't use them again.

11 months and still waiting for cashback. Keep being fobbed off by Topcashback who say they can't do anything although i have given them all necessary info. I can understand small delays but i was supposed to get cashback in september, its now november and its not even gone to confirmed yet!!!

Average time for payable cash back is 34 weeks, currently at 42 weeks, cash back has been confirmed but 42 weeks is a joke. TCB should have some process in place to ensure payments are chased when significantly over average payment time.

Advertised at £65 cashback but only tracking at £20 so having to raise this with TCB. This also happened with my OH who took up this offer, his is also tracking at £20. If I receive the £65 plus the £30 M&S vouchers promised, then this is a good deal.

Tracked within a couple of days, cash back seems good & the product good ... The bonus of m&s vouchers is a nice little extra too! Happy with purchase!

Easy to apply for, worth while when needed.

It makes no sense getting your life insurance through Standard Life as they don't actually provide life insurance themselves and all they do is refer you to LV (Liverpool Victoria) pocketing a whopping £200+ referal commission for themselves in the process, and paying you a measily 10% of it as cashback. Outrageous. I have compared quotes. One with a Standard Life referral and one directly with LV for the same policy requirements. Both came out exactly the same on price. Do yourself a favour and deal directly with LV, where you'll get a £70 on a new policy, much more than Standard Life is paying for exactly the same policy and provider.
