	Declined Cashback - Check out other recent reviews Cashback tracked immediately after purchase of expensive annual travel policy. Declined a month later. Took it up with topcashback who tried to get the cashback but Staysure came back saying: "On this occasion, the retailer has not been able to track TopCashback as the last referrer and therefore will not award the commission payment to ourselves. Unfortunately, the outcome of this means that we are unable to pass on your expected cashback." Dishonest reply from Staysure since I clicked through from topcashback, completed the forms and paid for my policy.

	Declined cashback Purchased annual couple policy directly via TopCashBack. Was careful to ensure I didn't click away or save for later. I completed the whole transaction from quote to purchase in one go yet they claim TopCashaBack is not the last referrer so won't honour my claim. Complete rip-off. Nothing I can do about it either as way past cooling off period before responding. Oh well lesson learnt, certainly won't be renewing with them.

	Read the small print! I bought my travel insurance from staysure through top cashback, they were promising 25% cashback on policies......brilliant, I thought. So, forms filled, medical conditions uploaded, policy bought (£420 for an annual policy) and waited for the potential £100+ cashback to land in my account. I received £13.........because, apparently, if you have medical conditions and it rockets the price of the policy up, you're only going to receive 25% of the basic cost of the annual policy, which is approximately £60. So don't believe you're going to get a decent amount back, because like most insurance companies, they'll do everything they can to get out of paying!

	Always a problem , Every time I have taken a policy through Topcash back there has been an issue, normally always gets resolved, unfortunately after taking out a policy for a cruise which is the most I have ever paid for a travel insurance the cash back has been declined, saying Top Cashback wasnt my first quote. this is definitely not the case. i only queried the amount. Next thing I know declined totally. I should of taken the 10% offered on the flyer that came through the post and avoided using TCB.

	Fantastic, very quick cashback Booked through Topcashback and the turnaround on the cashback is incredible. Highly recommend. Topcashback is so easy to use and worth trying every time.

	Doesn't pay out. Purchased an expensive Annual Multi-Trip "Signature" policy. Cashback dishonestly declined on the basis that: "On this occasion, the retailer has not been able to track TopCashback as the last referrer and therefore will not award the commission payment". A complete lie as I clicked through from Topcashback and purchased the policy immediately online from there.

	Good cashback amount but Staysure declined at first Had a worthwhile amount of cashback - the reason we went with Staysure. Initially, it was declined and if I hadn't chased up would have lot out. However, once I put in a customer services ticket it was quickly resolved. On a separate issue, we used Staysure once before and had good service when pursuing a claim for train fare (when flight was late and we missed our train).

	Cashback declined Staysure offered 1% cashback for purchases made with a voucher code. I used a voucher code and my cashback was denied entirely. Won't use again

	Great deal for annual cover, bought through Topcashback & will do again Used the Topcashback platform & heyho Cashback arrived. Great return makes policy cover alot cheaper.

	Awful I should have received £11 Cashback,they paid 1.76. when I opened up a dispute they paid an additional 0.25. Not sure how everyone else's went ok. I only used these because of the Cashback. I will never go with them again.

	Failed to track Spent £86 on a new policy expecting 25%, but as always when expecting larger cashback TCB fails to track. A manual claim then submitted and fobbed off once again. Oh well you live and learn, never bank on £10+ payments actually becoming payable

	This cashback didn't live up to it's promise. I chose this policy as it said I would get 25% cashback. This should have been £35.74, but initially the claim was rejected. When I submitted a missing cashback claim, I eventually got £14.58 cashback after 7 months of waiting. Disappointing and didn't pay the advertised cashback.
